Immediately after your payment clears you are taken to a download page containing the full 118-page PDF and the Bonus Vault, and a copy of your download links is emailed to the address you used at checkout. There is no waiting period, no drip schedule, and no account to create.
If your download link does not work, your files are missing, or you were charged more than once, contact [email protected] with your order details. Delivery and access problems are always fixed — and a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge will of course be returned.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a jurisdiction grants a mandatory right of withdrawal or a statutory remedy for digital content that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right applies regardless of this policy. Where the law permits it, that withdrawal right is waived by requesting and receiving immediate access to the download at the time of purchase.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first — genuine billing errors are resolved quickly and directly. Opening a chargeback for a product that was delivered may result in access being revoked.
